Initial Concept Design for Lighthouse Point Residence
The Design Process (online landscape design package)
1.) Answer the questionnaire and describe your clients or your design ideas, goals and objectives. Collect any imagery of other landscape projects or landscape features that you like will help us in the design process(optional).
2.) Take digital photos of your clients or your property so we can get a full understanding of the site and the scope of the work.
3.) Using your clients or your property survey, diagram any trees and structures not shown. Also include notes that decribe your design ideas, unwanted views or focal points on the property, house dimensions(unless provided on the survey), location of doors and windows. Scan your survey and site diagram so they can be emailed. Any questions you have can be resolved by a quick email or phone call.
4.) Email the questionnaire, imagery(optional), digital photos, site survey, and diagram to us. Once we have received your information we will then email you within 24hrs. with the total hours you will need to purchase for your design.
5.) Payments are made thru PayPal on our "Design Fees" page by purchasing design hours. After we have received payment, our landscape designers will start working to create your design.
6.) You will be emailed one or two concept drawings within 2-3 days of receiving payment. Once you or/and your client have reviewed the drawings email us back any comments or changes you would like made.
7.) We will then email you the final color rendered master plan and any other supplemental drawings you purchased within 2-3 days of receiving your comments. The final master plan will be sent as a PDF file that can be printed at kinkos or any local print shop. If you prefer hardcopies or a print shop is unavailable to you we can mail prints for an additional fee.
8.) We will help you with any questions you have during the installation process or after the landscape is complete. Ozma Design Studio does not design and then forget about our clients once we have sent them final drawings.
